Terms of Service
Last updated: July 14, 2026
These terms are the agreement between you and Stagelist when you create an account or use stagelist.me. If you don't agree with them, don't use the service. Questions: hello@stagelist.me.
Your account
- You must be at least 13 years old (or the digital-consent age where you live).
- Keep your credentials secure — you're responsible for activity on your account.
- One artist page per account. Agencies may manage multiple artist profiles.
Your content
Everything you publish on your page stays yours. By publishing it you give us a non-exclusive license to host, display, and distribute it as needed to run the service — including showing your public page in Stagelist's own marketing (for example, the template showcase). You promise you have the rights to everything you post, including artwork, photos, and music-related content.
Acceptable use
You may not use Stagelist to:
- run scams or phishing, distribute malware, or link to illegal content;
- impersonate another artist, person, or brand;
- infringe copyright or other rights (see our Copyright Policy);
- send spam using emails collected through your page;
- scrape the platform, abuse the API, or artificially inflate analytics;
- circumvent plan limits or resell the service without an agreement with us.
Fan data you collect
Emails that fans submit on your page belong to your relationship with them, and you're responsible for using them lawfully: honor opt-outs, don't spam, and comply with the privacy laws that apply to your audience. If you enable ad pixels on your page, meeting any consent requirements for your visitors is your responsibility.
Agencies and claimed profiles
Agencies can create artist profiles and invite artists to claim them. Claiming a profile transfers ownership of that page to the artist; the agency keeps management access while the profile stays on its roster. Disputes about who should control a page are between the artist and the agency — though we may step in to protect the integrity of the platform.
Plans and payment
The core service is free. Paid plans add features as described at purchase. We may change pricing with reasonable notice; changes never apply retroactively to a period you've already paid for.
Suspension and termination
We may unpublish a page, or suspend or terminate an account, when we reasonably believe these terms are being violated — abuse of the platform, unlawful content, or risk to other users. Where practical we'll tell you why and give you a chance to fix it. You can delete your account at any time in Settings, which permanently removes your data.
Disclaimers
The service is provided as is. We don't guarantee uninterrupted availability, and analytics (views, clicks, sources) are good-faith estimates — we filter automated traffic, but no measurement is perfect.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Stagelist isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or lost profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (or $50 if you've paid nothing).
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes get announced in the dashboard, and continuing to use the service after they take effect means you accept them.
