Copyright Policy

Last updated: July 14, 2026

Stagelist respects intellectual property and expects the artists on the platform to do the same — that includes cover art, photos, videos, and anything else published on a page. We remove infringing material when we're properly notified, and we terminate the accounts of repeat infringers.

Reporting infringement

If you believe content on a Stagelist page infringes your copyright, email hello@stagelist.mewith the subject "Copyright notice" and include:

  • identification of the copyrighted work you say is infringed;
  • the URL of the Stagelist page (and the specific content) you want removed;
  • your name, address, email, and phone number;
  • a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use isn't authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
  • a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and that you are (or are authorized to act for) the copyright owner;
  • your physical or electronic signature.

We review complete notices promptly and will remove or disable access to the material when the claim appears valid, notifying the account holder.

Counter-notices

If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake or misidentification, reply to the takedown notification with: identification of the removed material and where it appeared, your contact details, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the removal was a mistake, consent to the jurisdiction of your local federal court (or, outside the US, to the courts where Stagelist operates), and your signature. We may restore the material unless the original claimant tells us they've filed a court action.

Repeat infringers

Accounts that repeatedly infringe — or are found to be dedicated to infringement — are terminated.

Abuse of this process

Knowingly false takedown notices and counter-notices can carry legal liability. Don't use this process to target criticism, competition, or content you simply dislike.
